    Call them up, yell (avoid exple­tives they are allowed to hang up if you swear) stress the fact that you make deci­sions on mobile phones for a fifty employee com­pany, ask to speak to the super­vi­sor, tell them how long you’ve been with them for, chew out their rub­bish mar­ket­ing spin and tell them you won’t pay any more money or you’ll move net­works. And if that doesn’t work then swear at them just for the hell of it.

    I’m pretty sure Tel­stra still runs their CDMA net­work — but that’s still beside the point. I’m most likely going to move all my accounts back to Voda­fone at this stage.

    The worst thing about Three, for me, is the hand­sets — I don’t like ANY of them.

    As per what Ben said. I’ve since dis­cov­ered Optus oper­ate one, but who cares about Optus?
